Piercings are done at the piercer’s discretion and we reserve the right to refuse service.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not pierce any person who is pregnant or breastfeeding .

We do not pierce children under the age of 5. Children 5 and older must be able to verbally express that they would like to be pierced. Please see age requirements and minor ID requirements.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
